About Our Services

At CDH’s Reproductive Health Clinic, men and women can receive complete physical wellness exams, STI/HIV testing, pregnancy testing, and a variety of contraception options.

CDH’s team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and Customer Service professionals have decades of experience, and want to help you plan for a healthy future by providing the quality, confidential and affordable care you deserve.

Why choose us?

Professional Care:
Over 5,000 clients are seen each year by our Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Registered Nurses. We are committed to providing up-to-date, cost-effective care in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Our health professionals are well experienced and educated regarding the reproductive health and care of both women and men from teen years through age 50.

Our clinicians will take the time to talk to you about your family planning goals and what contraception might be right for you. Additionally, we offer education, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV, and can refer you to other services in the community, when necessary.

Cost:
Most services are charged based on ability to pay (sliding fee scale). No one will be refused a reproductive health exam because of inability to pay. To get the greatest benefit of the sliding fee scale, please bring a recent pay stub or income tax return to your appointment. CDH also welcomes most insurance companies and accepts MasterCard, Visa, debit, Medicaid, checks and cash. Flexible payment options are available.

Confidentiality:
Your privacy is important to the Central District Health. We follow the regulations of HIPAA – The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. All clinic visits will remain private between the patient and the clinic provider.

For minors, parental involvement is encouraged but not required. Any acknowledged physical or sexual abuse history must be reported to proper authorities if not already reported.
