Family & Clinic Services


Central District Health requires that a mask or face covering be worn in its facility to receive medical care or other services. CDH requiere que los pacientes y personas y que ingresen a nuestras instalciones usan cubierta facial para recibir atención médica u otros servicios. Más información en español

Exceptions include:

  • Children under the age of five (5)
  • Those who cannot medically tolerate wearing a face covering
  • Those who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication
  • Persons receiving care involving the nose, face, or head for which temporary removal of the face covering is necessary

    If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided to you.

Note: The Board of Health will meet every Tuesday at 4 p.m. via teleconference unless otherwise indicated to discuss COVID-19 developments. Regularly scheduled Board of Health meetings are also planned and are anticipated to include COVID-19 discussion as well as other agenda items.
